By using AI Halloween Trend (https://aihalloweentrend.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
You upload a photo, pay a one-time fee of $6.99 per video, and we use third-party AI models to generate a 10-second 720P video that you can preview and download from a private order page. No account or subscription is required. AI results vary; the examples on this site are illustrative and your video may look different.
Your content and permissions
You must own the photo or have the clear permission of every person in it. Do not upload photos of children, of public figures without consent, or anything illegal, sexual, hateful, or intended to harass, deceive or impersonate someone. We may refuse, stop or refund any order that appears to break these rules, and AI providers may decline some images.
Using your video
Subject to these terms and the AI providers' terms, you may use your generated video for personal and social-media purposes. You are responsible for how you share it, including labelling it as AI-generated where platforms require.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. If generation fails we retry automatically and then refund in full; see our Refund Policy. Files are deleted after 7 days, so please download your video promptly.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Trademarks
AI Halloween Trend is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any AI model provider. Trend names are used descriptively.
