Refund Policy

We charge a one-time fee per video. There is no subscription and no credit pack on this site.

Failed generations

If video generation fails, we automatically retry once. If that retry also fails, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to request it—the order page will show a refunded status.

Manual review

To prevent abuse, if the same card or email already received an automatic refund in the last 30 days, a further failed order is sent to manual review instead of being refunded automatically. We answer within 48 hours and fix or refund the order — please do not buy again.

Timing

Stripe refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

This product is a single-purchase video. Pack or multi-credit refunds do not apply.
